Overview
This policy explains how the Internet Fantasy Hockey League (“iFHL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Generated Solutions Inc., collects, uses, and shares information when you use ifhl.com and related services. Generated Solutions Inc. is responsible for the personal information handled through the service.

How we use information
- create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide the service;

Cookies and similar technologies
iFHL uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, session continuity, security, theme and preference settings, and related site functionality. Some cookies are necessary for signed-in features to work.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Google may receive information such as IP address, device or browser information, and site interactions. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Advertising
iFHL may use Google AdSense to display advertising to visitors who are not on an ad-free plan. When advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may place or read cookies, use web beacons, process IP addresses or other identifiers, and use information about visits to this and other websites to provide, measure, and personalize ads where permitted.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to iFHL and other sites. You may manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Where required, iFHL will present consent or privacy choices before using advertising technologies that require consent.
When we share information
- with other pool participants as part of features you choose to use;
- with providers supporting hosting, storage, email, analytics, advertising, security, and operations;
- when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety; or
- as part of a business reorganization or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security requirements. Retention varies by data type. Operational session telemetry is ordinarily retained for up to 60 days; account and league records may be retained while an account or pool remains active and for an appropriate period afterward.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Account settings let you update certain profile information and notification preferences. You may ask to access or correct information, or request account deletion, through our contact page. Some information may be retained for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
Children
iFHL is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post revisions here and update the date above. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to feedback@ifhl.com.
